Privacy and photograph requests
If you appear in a memorial or believe content was posted without permission, identify the plot and explain your relationship to the content. Groomstone may request reasonable verification before altering or removing a memorial.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge customer-support requests within two business days. Urgent privacy or safety concerns will be prioritised where reasonably possible.
